TSI's Series CA-6000 CA-CALC Single Gas Monitors are ideal exhaust gas analyzers for residential to commercial service technicians and safety inspectors measuring combustion exhaust gases. These exhaust gas analyzers are used to make direct and ambient exhaust gas measurements for tuning and preventative. Plant engineers and maintenance professionals can check critical exhaust gas concentrations on combustion systems as part of a program. CA-CALC Single Gas Monitors are also used for periodic monitoring of target gases in process and in system maintenance applications with consequences for exceeding concentration thresholds.

Series CA-6000 Single Gas Monitors are used on a large range of combustion systems including furnaces, boilers, process heaters, gas appliances, and combustion equipment.

Models are available that measure O2, CO (0-1%), CO (0-2%), CO (0-8%), NO, NO2 and SO2.

TSI's Series CA-6100 CA-CALC Combustion Analyzers are ideal tools for maintenance technicians and boiler services professionals to use when monitoring or performing service on light commercial and residential systems. These analyzers provide real-time tuning data, minimizing time spent on service calls when compared to hand-aspirated analyzers, subjective "tubes," and "dumbbells."

TSI's CA-CALC has a number of other features help the boiler technician. Parameters for common fuels like natural gas and fuel oil are factory-programmed, while other fuels, like kerosene and wood pellets, can be user-defined, allowing the CA-CALC to be used in nearly any application. These rugged flue gas analyzers feature easy field replacement of consumable parts, including gas sensors and batteries, to help ensure the analyzers are readily available for use. Sensors can be ordered from TSI for field installation, as indicated by the message displayed after a calibration check.

TSI's CA-6203 CA-CALC Combustion Analyzer is a practical tool for boiler maintenance professionals who measure flue gases to tune standard burners and low NOx burners for safe, efficient operation. Real-time data easily viewed on the extra-large 3-line LCD display. Factory-set fuels and user-defined fuels provide fast setup and flexibility for use with common fuels like natural gas to bio-fuels.

The CA-6203 leads the industry in low cost operation with its field serviceable design. It provides for easy replacement of consumable components, such as batteries and the gas sensors, to ensure that the analyzer readily available for use.

The analyzer is an excellent preventative maintenance tool to supplement boiler room logs by monitoring stack gases and temperatures from a printout, data download or from data saved in the on-board memory. Limits can be set to trigger a scheduled maintenance request that can provide operational savings.
